A little gazebo.

 

 

My sunflowe finally grew :-). So I made a trellis for it and planted some other sunflowers around it. Sunflowers make excellent food for the birds.

Cattails are bog plants & prefect for surrounding the perimeter of my garden pond.

A froggie moved into our pond once we expanded it. I named him Freddy.

Vikimouse created this gargoyle fountain just for our garden. Gargoyles are protectors So I like have this little guy to watch over our garden

A beautiful Japanese Red maple. One of Violet's favorite things in Japan was the gardens so little by little she's been working on hers and trying to make as beautiful as the ones she saw there.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hi there. Did Jack send you here? Isn't he a cutie? He knows that the garden is my favorite place. He even proposed to me on that swing in front of the pond. *Sigh* I am one lucky girl.

Violet planted these tulips in the woods around her garden in the winter. Just a splash of red really helps to brighten up the woods :-).

Betcha didn't know that planting a row of marigolds around your vegtable garden can protect it from deer & bunnies :-). They don't like the scent of marigolds.
